19g protein, 14g fat, 18g carbs
25g smooth or crunchy nut butter (no added sugar)
15g chocolate flavoured protein powder
5g organic cocoa powder (to coat the protein ball)
1) Mash the nut butter and protein powder together in a small bowl. Using your hands, roll the mixture into a ball.
2) Lightly dust a plate with the cocoa powder and roll the ball in the powder to give it a light coating.
3) Consume immediately or store in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
